In his early career with a large, publicly traded (NYSE), national land developer – Patten Corporation ("Patten") – he distinguished himself in sundry marketing and managerial roles, including that of president of a major division, thereby, gaining the foundational experience necessary to successfully launch a new company.

DANIEL TROMBLEY, Chief Financial Officer LGI Development
Mr. Trombley has over 17 years of accounting and finance experience, in both public and private settings, and specifically 12 years in retail land accounting. Mr. Trombley is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting-finance activities of the land division, production housing division as well as the mortgage company. ERIC LIPAR, Chief Executive Officer, LGI Homes
Eric Lipar is chief executive officer of LGI Homes. He became the LGI Homes’ CEO in 2009, succeeding the Company’s founder and current chairman of the board, Tom Lipar.

FRED "BUTCH" ALANIS, Executive Vice President of Development, LGI Development
Fred “Butch” Alanis entered the land business in 1995 with Blue Green Corporation. He was recruited as a salesman and distinguished himself as the top producer for two years in a row.
