DANIEL TROMBLEY, Chief Financial Officer, LGI Development

Mr. Trombley has over  17 years of accounting and finance experience, in both public and private settings, and specifically 12 years in retail land accounting. Mr. Trombley is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting-finance activities of the land division, production housing division as well as the mortgage company. ERIC LIPAR, Chief Executive Officer, LGI Homes

Eric Lipar is chief executive officer of LGI Homes.  He became the LGI Homes’ CEO in 2009, succeeding the Company’s founder and current chairman of the board, Tom Lipar.

Mr. Lipar was promoted to President of LGI Homes and LGI Development in 2003, and managed all aspects of the company including sales, operations and marketing. Under Mr. Lipar’s leadership LGI Homes has become one of the fastest growing homebuilders in the United States. (more about Eric Lipar)

MIKE SNIDER, President, LGI Homes

Michael Snider is the President of LGI Homes. In his position, he oversees all aspects of homebuilding operations for LGI Homes including product development, sales and marketing, construction, purchasing and customer service. (more about Mike Snider )

CHRISTOPHER WREN, President, LGI Land

Mr. Chris Wren, President, began his career with LGI Development as Director of Human Resources in 2002 to help the company staff up new and growing divisions of the Company. Soon after, he was promoted to run one of these divisions, Lodge Mortgage.

After several years of building and growing the success of the mortgage company, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations for all LGI Companies. (more about Chris Wren)

CHARLES MERDIAN, Controller, LGI Development
