CHRIS WREN, President, LGI Land

Mr. Chris Wren, President, began his career with LGI Development as Director of Human Resources in 2002 to help the company staff up new and growing divisions of the Company. Soon after, he was promoted to run one of these divisions, Lodge Mortgage.

After several years of building and growing the success of the mortgage company, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations for all LGI Companies. During this tenure, LGI achieved significant growth in its land and homebuilding divisions in multiple states. Chris oversaw all expansions including facilities, human resources, technology and administration.

His formal education was at Stephen F. Austin State in Nacogdoches, TX, where Chris obtained his Bachelor degree in Finance.

He currently oversees all sales, marketing, operations and administration of LGI Land. Chris and the professional team at LGI Land understand and are involved in all aspects of residential acquisition and development.
