MIKE SNIDER, President - LGI Homes

Michael Snider is the President of LGI Homes. In his position, he oversees all aspects of homebuilding operations for LGI Homes including product development, sales and marketing, construction, purchasing and customer service.

Mr. Snider joined LGI Homes in February 2004 as Homebuilding Manager. Before his current promotion, Mr. Snider was Executive Vice President of Homebuilding, which in 2008 delivered 475 homes making LGI Homes one of the top 100 Builders in the United States.

Prior to joining LGI Homes, Mr. Snider was a Project Manager for Tadian Homes, based in Troy, Michigan.  While with Tadian, he managed field operations and customer service for multiple Subdivisions, helping Tadian grow from 71 homes closed to 566 homes closed in 3 years.  Previous to Tadian Homes, Mr. Snider was a Homebuilding Superintendent for Peerless Building Company based in Bloomfield, Michigan.  While at LGI Homes, Mr. Snider has proven to be an excellent business operator and an innovative leader.

Mr. Snider is a graduate of Central Michigan University with an emphasis in Environmental Science and Land Use Planning.
